What we change in your workflow

You don't switch booking systems.
You don't install any app.
You don't add a card terminal.
You don't take orders inside our software.

Every booking arrives in your Telegram with the full payment slip (PromptPay, full amount, directly to your account) and slot details. Tap one button to confirm, and write the slot into your own paper journal / phone calendar as you would for any other booking.
When your phone rings with a walk-in booking, you open our admin page on your phone and tap once to mark the slot taken (10 seconds) — so our players won't double-book the same time.
If something's wrong with the payment slip, tap reject in the same Telegram message and the slot reopens for someone else.

Bookings from our players, all free for you. They pay you directly via PromptPay or cash at the venue, just like phone bookings.

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle the money?

No. All payments stay between you and the player. We never see funds. We don't issue invoices, don't refund, don't dispute.

What if a player books and doesn't show?

You handle it the same way you do today — cancel after a grace period, call them, whatever your policy is. We only show the booking; we don't enforce it. There's an "external booking" form to close that slot in our system if you want.

What if a player pays online but the funds don't reach me?

We don't process payments, so the funds never go through us. The player sends to your PromptPay directly. If they didn't actually send (faked a screenshot), they get a public "unpaid" flag on their profile after the match — and your staff can refuse them next time.

What about my existing customers?

Nothing changes for them. They still phone you, walk in, or LINE you. Our players are additional demand.

What if I want to stop?

Send a message and we'll switch your listing off the same day. No notice period, no exit fee.

Why is this free?

This is a pet project of a Hua Hin resident who plays tennis and padel and wants more reliable pickup matches in town. Once enough venues are listed, the platform becomes useful for everyone. There is no business model to sell-side. We're not collecting data for ads. We're not flipping the company.
